This home is on the main channel of the lake with year-round water view and access, however, the TVA controls the lake level and off-season the water level does not float to dock.

Wonderful home and perfect for up to 8 people. The house was great. One bedroom on main floor with queen bed. One in loft area and it’s king bed and two sets of twin bunk beds in basement. Three full bathrooms made not easy for everyone to set up their own stuff The inside of the home is very nice. And the location is great. It is on the lake but you must be aware it is a very long steep hill that you need to be able to get down and ultimately back up to get to the water. Two kayaks were good shape and my 20 year old kids used them. The Paddleboard plug is missing so unable to use. It does have a fire-pit that can be used with natural wood.

We had a great time. The lake is so quiet and peaceful. The home had wonderful views of the lake. We enjoyed the amenities like ping pong table, kayaks, the dock, smart tv’s, various board games (though they need to restock with new ones cause many pieces were missing), and just an overall clean house. I would stay here again but just be cautious of bringing anyone elderly or with disabilities because the access to the dock was a little dangerous

We rented this house to be close to the lake for the guys in the family. We were able to park a boat trailer and have plenty of parking for other cars. The kids enjoyed the bunk room and game room. The water is lowered in the winter months and we would love to stay again in the summer when the water is up and use the paddle board and kayaks! Home was nice and clean.
