PERFECT FOR ENJOYING THE SEASIDE THIS SUMMER, facing a magnificent view:
Indeed, for sea lovers, the view from our small T2 without vis-à-vis, is a constant spectacle, whether from the living room, the bedroom or even and especially from the large terrace of 18m² with panoramic views of the bay and the port of Cavalaire, the beaches of La Croix-Valmer and Cap Lardier. From sunrise to dusk, the colors are constantly changing, as a backdrop for the sailboats.
ACCOMMODATION DESCRIPTION
Beyond the view, you will stay in a small cocoon with all comforts, just renovated, crossing, bright, airy, with reversible air conditioning (air conditioning or heating) in the main room as well as in the bedroom.
In the bedroom, overlooking the terrace and sea view, you will find mainly a 160x200 bed (new bedding) and a small wardrobe.
In the lounge area, also overlooking the large terrace and sea view, you will have a very comfortable "rapido" sofa bed of 140x200, very simple and practical to install and put back in place during the day, a 4K Android smart TV, as well as shelves that will complete the wardrobe located in the entrance.
The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped, with microwave combi oven, induction hob, large fridge-freezer, dishwasher, espresso coffee maker (capsules), toaster, pressure cooker for steam cooking... And you can easily enjoy your meals with 4-5 people around the large bar table, if you can't have them on the covered terrace for lunch, or under the stars in the evening.
There is also a washing machine and a summer kitchen with sink, mini-fridge and electric plancha on the terrace.
The small bathroom has been completely redone and modernized with suspended toilets.
THE OUTDOORS
The terrace, sunny in the morning, is half covered, which allows you to stay sheltered, either from the summer sun, or from the rain if necessary, or else to settle in the small garden furniture under the blue sky... Or the stars.
In winter, you will certainly be happy to have your lunches in the small garden of 20m² at the entrance of the apartment, surrounded by vegetation and which remains sunny until late in the afternoon.
ACCESS, THE SWIMMING POOL AND THE RESIDENCE
Note that access to the apartment located on the 2nd level of 2 in a very quiet residence (and therefore without neighbors above), is via a rather steep staircase of 23 steps a little irregular (see photo).
This is surely the major flaw of this little gem which also has a small private outdoor parking space (with other parking spaces available a little further away for guests) and last but not least a pretty swimming pool with an exceptional sea view, open from June 1st to September 30th. You will reach it in 5 minutes by car or in less than 10 minutes on foot by climbing a few stairs through the residence.
THE NEARBY SURROUNDINGS, ACCESS TO BEACHES AND SHOPS
For the brave, you can also reach an adorable cove away from cars with a pretty beach in about 15 minutes of descent on foot or 5 minutes by car, or the port of Cavalaire and the beginning of its white sandy beach, 2km long, in a good 20 minutes on foot by shortcuts, or 6 minutes by car (2.5km).
In July and August, a free shuttle bus runs permanently between the hills on the heights of Cavalaire where the residence is located, the centre of Cavalaire and its many shops and restaurants and the long beach of Cavalaire-Croix-Valmer (stop at the entrance to the residence). A little further away by car (20 to 30 minutes), dozens of pretty beaches and coves await you, including among the most famous, those of Gigaro, l'Escalet or the large beaches of Pampelonne.
WALKS, VISITS AND EVENTS
In all seasons, you can mark out the many coastal paths offering sublime panoramas of translucent water, or visit the many typical villages in the surrounding area: to the west, Rayol, Bormes-Les-Mimosas... And in the Gulf of St Tropez: Gassin, Ramatuelle, St Tropez, Grimaud, Port-Grimaud, Ste Maxime... Not to mention a getaway to the Levant Islands, where cycling or scuba diving are a must!
