Cozy Mountain Retreat!

Welcome to your mountain escape!

This is the lower level of our home. We live upstairs with our Golden Retriever, Nix. You will be at 8,100 feet with mountain views. Secluded in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to downtown Evergreen, this is the perfect spot to get away and relax.

The space can fit 4 guests. One bedroom with a King Casper mattress and a pull-out sofa with Queen Tempurpedic mattress.

There is a flex room that can serve as an office and mini gym. Basic gym equipment provided includes a medicine ball, adjustable free weights, resistance bands, yoga gear, jump rope and foam roll.

The bathroom is newly updated with a washer-dryer built in.

Enjoy a nice cup of coffee from the coffee bar and enjoy the 55 inch smart TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a large countertop conventional oven, hot plate, fridge and kitchenware basics.

Please park in the driveway where the sign is marked "Guest Parking". Only one vehicle aloud at any one time. If it is during the winter months, the driveway may be icy or snowy, so a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle is required as the driveway is steep, narrow, and there is no guard rail. DO NOT attempt to drive up the driveway if you do not have a 4 wheel/all wheel drive vehicle during the winter months! If you don't have the right vehicle, please park on the main street past our mailbox, and walk up. NO REFUNDS will be given if there is inclement weather, and your car cannot make it.

HOUSE RULES
-NO smoking allowed of ANY kind inside the unit. Failure to adhere to this will result in a $500 FINE.
-NO parties or events. Meaning, ONLY the people on the reservation are aloud in the unit unless otherwise permitted by the host. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a $500 FINE.
-Quiet hours 10 pm- 8 am. Failure to adhere to this will first result in a warning. After that will result in a $500 FINE.
-The space is heated with wall heaters. It may be chilly when you check-in, but it will warm up quick. Max temp on heaters is 72 degrees.

The outdoor space you will have access to is a patio and the driveway.

Pets are allowed. There will be a $25 pet fee per night, per pet. Max 2 pets per stay. Please make sure to clean up after your pet if they go to the bathroom on the property. Also, pets are NOT aloud on any of the furniture. If there is evidence to show they were, including excessive pet hair, there will be an additional cleaning fee of $250. Lastly, do not allow your pets, or yourself, to go up the stairs to the upper patio or underneath the deck/outside the bedroom door. This is off limits to guests.

We live upstairs but we try to give you as much privacy as possible. If we see you in passing, feel free to say hello. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any needs!
