This condo was easily located, perfectly furnished, and had everything we needed and more. It was so comfortable, and in a quiet neighborhood. Restaurants, grocery stores, and coffee shops are conveniently located to this condo. It’s also just a short drive to the Winter Park resort and Rocky Mountain National Park. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely make every effort to stay here on future visits.

Love staying in Fraser and this place had everything we needed. It was very clean and great to chill at after a day on the slopes. Enjoyed having our private hot tub as well. Just be ware of the speed dips through the neighborhood. Those will get ya! But that’s just a courtesy heads up - nothing against the place or host.

Location, location, location!! There is a local library behind the house where you can go read, can walk to 2 Lift stops to take you into Winter Park. House was clean, modern and comfy, all bedrooms upstairs with good toilet paper and stocked with GOOD pans, glasses, dishes and all the little things or necessities (cotton swabs, shampoo, soap, dish tabs, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, trash bags, paper towels).
