About this farm stay rental
If your looking for a quiet, relaxing getaway or a base camp. This 2 bedroom older farmhouse has lots of charm and places to chill on the deck with a cup of coffee and a good book while enjoying a tranquil almost zen like garden setting and koi pond. Large upstairs bedroom has a kingsize bed, fireplace and half bath with washer and dryer. The living room is great for entertaining and has a round game table perfect for playing our well-stocked board games. Downstairs bedroom has a queen bed with zero gravity remote. My home if filled with momentos, crafts and books so if you want a sterile hotel like environment this won't be the house for you. There are also air beds available if needed.
15 minutes from downtown Janesville or shopping, great Saturday farmers market. Close to lots of great hiking, biking on the Ice Age trail, Kettle Moraine state park or kayaking the Turtle or Rock River. Nice central location close to the highway if you want to explore: about 45 minutes from Madison and 20 minutes to Whitewater and Rockford. This home is set up to bring your laptop or project and focus.
Additional information this property won't be good for people with allergies as it is home to cats and dogs although they won't be there during your stay, I do clean thouroghly but cannt make house 100 percent allergy free.

Great stay! Super cool collection and lovely garden. I will say that if you have arachnophobia like me to be a little wary because there were more spiders than I anticipated. Overall it was pretty cool though.

Had a wonderful 3 night visit to the area, with this place an ideal nesting place. The home reminds one of an old farm house, a professors bungalow, or a world traveler.The grounds have a meditation garden with Koi, a frog to reind you you're in a nice quiet place.Thanks for the stay, and having such a relaxing place to stay after a hectic day....
