This beautifully renovated Fontana cottage is sure to keep you coming back year after year for your Lake Geneva staycation. Nestled in the quiet Glenwood Springs subdivision, the Nautical Nest is secluded yet easily accessible to the Western shore of Geneva Lake. A wonderful screened porch, deck area, and a gas-fed fire pit in the yard provide awesome spaces for outdoor entertainment. The appeal doesn't end when the temperature drops, though- this wooded neighborhood is the perfect place to enjoy the vibrant Geneva Lake color changes in the fall and transforms to a winter wonderland once the snow flies. Featuring two bedrooms and one full bathroom, this modern escape can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. A fully stocked kitchen and in-unit laundry provide some of the creature comforts of home, making the Nautical Nest the perfect place for a long-term Geneva Lake getaway.
