From the moment of booking to the experience of an evening ocean sunset, every expectation was exceeded. I can't say enough about the local management company compared to my past experience in other rentals with large well known booking company. Clearly the property and owner are committed to proving an experience worthy of a second visit. The home comfortable, outfitted to every need. The location of the home is outstanding with oceanfront and on a street acknowledged by locals as one of the best. Whether enjoying a family retreat and making use of the private cabana or seeking individual solitude, I run out of stars acknowledging the perfection!

We really enjoyed our stay. Views were great and the house had a lot of beautiful art in it. Any supplies you might need are there. It may be unclear in the posting but the unit is part of a duplex. It’s well insulated so you can’t hear the other people. The cabana is a separate studio with a separate entrance above the garage. It’s has a couch, Murphy bed, fulll bathroom and some kitchen items.

This property (Aria 1) provided the perfect respite from what has been an unprecedented year. Spending a 5 day Thanksgiving week-end in this idyllic setting... a home as warm as my own, fronting on a gorgeous beach, with every imaginable amenity was unbelievably wonderful. The home is "home"; it is not your typical rental property. The owners have fabulous taste in art, decor, and the ability to make guests feel like "welcome family".
The cabana (which features the 4th bedroom and bath) gives the opportunity for a multi-generational retreat second to none.
Don't miss it if you have the opportunity! We'll be back!
