The Marie Apartment is located in Pera, within the very quiet An Avilita apartment complex. The vacation rental is on the first floor. From your living room, you can step out onto your terrace and access the large saltwater pool as well as the freshwater children’s pool. The terrace is furnished with patio furniture and a grill, offering a view of the garden and pool.
The living room features a sleeper sofa. Both the bedroom and the living room are equipped with air conditioning; the bedroom also has a powerful and very quiet ceiling fan. The bathroom features a bathtub with a shower.
The living room, bedroom, and kitchen also have additional infrared heating.
Like all of our vacation rentals, the Marie MEO apartment features TV (over 100 Portuguese channels, with some series and movies available in the original English), high-speed fiber-optic internet, and satellite TV with all free German-language channels and international channels.
The An Avilita apartment complex features a large saltwater pool with lounge chairs, as well as a small freshwater children’s pool. From the garden area, you’ll enjoy a beautiful view of the ocean. A free tennis court is also available.
Parking spaces are available right outside the front door.
