About this apartment rental
The Monique apartment is situated right on the Armação de Pera promenade. This apartment is on the 5th floor and offers breathtaking panoramic sea views. It features a spacious living room with large windows and fantastic sea views.
The rooms are modernly furnished. From the dining table, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. From your balcony, you can enjoy the Algarve’s beautiful sunrises and sunsets.
This apartment is superbly equipped and features a Smart TV with satellite TV (all free German- and Dutch-language channels), MEO TV and high-speed fibre-optic internet.
The living room and the large bedroom are air-conditioned.
The flat comprises 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a single bed (which can be pulled out), a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom and a balcony.
Please note that a new building is being constructed opposite the flat, so there may be construction noise during the day. The sea view is not obstructed. We have therefore reduced the prices by 20%.
The flat is suitable for up to 4 people
There are plenty of shops and restaurants right on your doorstep. You simply need to cross the promenade and, just 40 metres away, you’ll reach the expansive sandy beach and the unique little coves of Armação de Pera.

Nice Appartment but rather small for a family of four. Good views of the sea and only 2 min walk to the beach. Earlier check in was possible, we appreciated that. Recommended!

Estuve con mi mujer y nuestra mascota durante 15 días, es un sitio perfecto para hacer todas las excursiones necesarias del Agarbe, nos sorprendió la importancia que se ha dado a la seguridad, perfecto, extintor, botiquín, manta apaga fuego, todo bien señalizado. Al apartamento no le falta de nada, tan solo si van a hacer uso de la segunda habitación, no tiene aire acondicionado, aunque no creo que haga falta durante la noche. La zona es un tanto ruidosa a determinadas horas, por los paseantes y recogida de basuras.
En fin, recomiendo este alojamiento, seguro que os gustará.
