Searching for a large, secluded vacation home with event space? You found it! The Venue on Tybee is a fabulous, newly built coastal farmhouse situated on a private, 3.3-acre, oak-lined property with unobstructed views of the Tybee marsh. The home is perfectly situated for walks, bike rides and short drives to Fort Pulaski, public beach areas, downtown restaurants, and local shops. Savannah is only a few miles away.
At the Venue on Tybee, you’ll have access to a private, deep-water dock located directly behind the house, which provides a great place for fishing and direct access to the ocean. Otters, dolphins, river turtles, egrets, and other marsh birds are frequently observed nearby. Four kayaks and a double paddle boat are included for those who want to experience sea life a little closer! Bikes are also available.
The home’s rooftop deck provides a stunning 360-degree view of the Savannah River, the Atlantic, and miles of the surrounding marshland, making it a birdwatchers and star gazer’s dream! A massive screened porch provides the perfect spot for family gatherings, grilling, lazy afternoons and watching Tybee sunsets. A large, covered front porch is a great place for sunrises.
The inside of the house is just as fabulous as the outside, with a high-end kitchen, open-concept living and dining area, wet bar, massive gas fireplace and a soaring vaulted ceiling. There are five bedrooms in the main house and five full baths. Laundry rooms are conveniently located on both floors. A detached dock house is included in your rental and provides a full kitchen, full bed and bath with shower.

This beautiful property and home has too many beautiful features and nice amenities to describe. This home and setting was perfect for an immediate-only-family wedding for 6 couples, two children ages 2-5, and an infant. Everyone found their special niches and activities including reading on the expansive screened in porch, fishing off the dock, lazing on the hammock, and even playing ping pong. The memories will be lasting. Owner/hostess Sandra always responded in a timely fashion. She also kept me up to date on new amenities that we could use for the wedding and offered suggestions for local businesses when asked. This home has so many carefully selected details and its grounds are so beautiful and serene. Only good vibes here!

We stayed at the house for my daughter’s wedding! The house and property was absolutely beautiful! There was enough room for everyone! The host was amazing always answering my multiple questions very nice and always willing to help even before the trip to help with rental places!

This house is insanely gorgeous, everywhere you look there is a new piece of history. It’s like staying in a museum on its own private island surrounded by the most incredible oasis. Our family has such an incredible time and our wedding day was PERFECT!! Our guests even had to escape potential rain inside and it was so intimate and perfect! And everyone got to admire the beautiful home that we had been enjoying all week. What a treat for my friends and family from Nebraska. Thank you Sandi & Rick! We will be returning customers for sure!

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and fully stocked with everything we needed—and then some. Whether we were relaxing indoors, enjoying the peaceful outdoor space, or exploring the area, we felt completely at ease and pampered.What truly set this experience apart was the host. They went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome, comfortable, and informed. Communication was prompt and thoughtful, and they were always available for any questions. You can really tell they care deeply about their guests' experience.If you're considering booking this place—do it. You won't regret it.
