The home is an ideal home base for all the action and offers the perfect retreat during events like Spring Training or simply for those seeking an escape to Arizona's everlasting sunshine. This Scottsdale home is the perfect start and finale to your Scottsdale experience, ensuring that every day and night is perfect your stay.
Location:
Located just a short Uber/Lyft ride away from Scottsdale's hottest nightclubs in the Entertainment District and Old Town's historic downtown. Prepare to experience the best Scottsdale offers! Enjoy the lively atmosphere, savoring the eclectic blend of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You will never run out of things to do/explore!
Interested in Pool Heat for your trip.
Optional pool heat is typically requested between Oct-Apr/May when nightly temperatures get cooler. For this particular home, pool heat is $75/night or $500 week and is only available for the full duration of your stay. Solar pool heater available as well to offset cost of heating pool if outside temperature does cooperate during the cooler fall/winter and early spring months and can be utilized at no cost during your stay. Spa heating use only will be $30/day or $180 weekly. Unfortunately, the pool is heated by propane only and propane fuel cost are higher than natural gas and market price fluctuations do occur often for propane fuel. Please note that we will require at least 5 days' notice from check-in if wanting to add either pool and or spa heating amenity to your stay.
Parking:
There are 2 spots in the driveway for parking. If needed, additional free street parking is available.
