About this cabin rental
Take a break and unwind at this peaceful and romantic cottage sitting right next to Bald Eagle Creek. Seems very secluded when you're here but not far from town. Also you will be half an hour from State College (Penn State football) and half an hour from Williamsport (Little League World Series). You can fish right off of the deck overlooking the creek or enjoy a kayak or canoe adventure!
Visit Bald Eagle State Park only 10 miles away! Plenty of hiking, fishing, & boating or just relax on the beach!

The space
This is a nice little studio type getaway. Great access to Bald Eagle Creek for kayaking or fishing. If you enjoy golf the back side of Clinton Country Club is right across the creek. You'll need to drive approximately 2 miles to get to the clubhouse

Other things to note
There is a microwave in the cupboard by the fridge. The toaster oven is available for baking needs.
Property is on the 2nd floor, accessed by side steps. Overlooks fishable river.
We welcome pets! It is your responsibility to insure clean up for pets and please keep them off sofas and beds.

the cabin was indeed cute
everything was nice and clean
went canoeing on the creek and had a fire in the fire pit. lucked out by having a couple 70 degree days in october. went to Penn Caves nearby and boated thru cavern and then did the bus tour thru animal park

Good for what we needed, good location with close proximity to Bald Eagle State Park. The location was very buggy, which is expected but I do wish there was better solutions for when doors needed to be opened, etc. We also opted to bring bottled water, which based on the color of the water out of the faucets felt like a good choice. I did not check ahead of time if the water was safe to drink and it’s certainly no fault of the host, but just want to be transparent for future guests. It was great to have access to the water, we had a great morning canoe paddle which was lovely. The fan and air conditioning did a great job keeping the cabin a comfortable temperature all day and night. Overall, it was a nice stay. Nothing fancy but just what we needed for a short overnight to hike and enjoy Bald Eagle State Park.
