The property boasts two homes always rented together. It is an ideal summer rental for 2 families traveling together, or families traveling with children and support.

The main house sits directly on the water. When you walk in, you will find a beautifully decorated living room, floor to ceiling windows with breathtaking views, an updated kitchen with all new appliances and a free standing gas fireplace. The first bedroom in this house is located on the main floor, has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. There is also a cozy space off the living room with a full fold down couch. Upstairs you will find the large master bedroom (king bed and en-suite bath), with a dedicated office area docking station and printer. Sliding doors off the master lead to a wrap around balcony, fitted with cozy swivel chairs, ideal for gazing out over Gardiner’s Bay.

The spacious guest cottage has a large bedroom (queen bed), a updated kitchen and updated full bath. The living room includes a comfortable pullout sofa (queen) and gas fireplace. A ladder from the living room takes you to a loft space, which is the perfect place to steal away with a book, send the kids to play or get cozy for a movie night! Finally, the cottage also has its own deck with views of the water, outfitted with comfy lounge chairs.

Both homes are equipped with Central Air, their own washer/dryer and their own Dyson wand vaccum.
