About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Book&Pay Agency offers you for rent this charming 85 m² apartment in Solesmes can accommodate up to 4 people. Located on the 1st floor (no elevator), it comprises a lovely 50 m² living room, fully-equipped kitchen, bedroom and shower room. Wi-Fi, bed linen and towels included, we're waiting for you!
The accommodation comprises
On the first floor, there's an entrance hall with a garbage can and space for bicycles.
First floor :
- A staircase leads directly to the new, fully-equipped kitchen with all utensils, a round table with 4 chairs, including fridge, freezer, electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob...
- Opening onto a large 50 m² living room with large-screen Smart TV (movie channels only (Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +)), double sofa bed (sleeps 2)
- Separate WC
Second floor:
- Bedroom with double bed (160X200), large bathroom with walk-in shower, vanity unit, closet and chest of drawers for storage.
- Recess for storing suitcases and two large skylights on this floor.
The apartment is located 100m from all amenities in the town center, including a bakery and convenience stores, a pretty church and a welcoming, dynamic town center. Cultural attractions, forests and places to discover are all nearby or less than 15 minutes away by car.
The apartment is located in the Valenciennes / Le Quesnoy / Cambrai triangle. Museums nearby, historic cemetery nearby. New Zealand Museum 15 minutes from the apartment. 40 minutes from Lille, 1 hour from Brussels.

Transportation:
If you choose to come by car, you can park in front of the apartment on a quiet street with no regulatory problems.
A few hundred meters away is a parking lot with an electric charging station.
If you have an exceptional or collector car, we can lend you a garage under the apartment free of charge on request.

- Breakfast available at weekends for a supplement of €12/person on request:
viennoiserie / fresh bread / choice of hot drink coffee / tea / chocolate / jam and/or honey sometimes local products / fruit juice / butter / sugar...
- Evening meal available for late arrivals at extra cost, on request, payment on site.
- Bed linen and towels included.
- Free WiFi available (the box is located in the neighboring apartment, but this does not prevent you from having a decent speed).
