The Sanctuary, at Ridgepoint – Immaculately remodeled end unit on ski access trail
**Limited available dates just released and are now available for 2025 ski season at Deer Valley**
Significantly remodeled 2,300 sq/ft (approximate) end-unit with 3 bedrooms and 3.5 baths and includes a glass enclosed private loft and unobstructed views of Park City and the Wasatch mountains from the upper porch. Located on ski trail with ski-out/ski-walk-ski in access steps from the front porch. Ski out access leads to runs that take you down to Snow Park Lodge. Ski access is not recommended for new skiers.
This unit was extensively remodeled in 2023 with no detail overlooked. Main level includes a fully reimagined kitchen with custom cabinetry, waterfall edge countertops with seating for three and built in appliances. Off the Kitchen area is a quaint study and a half bathroom. The dining area features a built-in buffet and a dining table that seats six. The living room has all new furniture, a contemporary fireplace and includes a Frame TV.
The reimagined loft is enclosed with glass to create a perfect quiet work or relaxation space and includes a desk, a couch with pull out mattress, swivel chair and a 75-inch TV.
The lower level has a LG washer dryer and coat closet. The three bedrooms are as follows:
Primary Bedroom – built in king bed, custom closet, and a TV. Ensuite bathroom has two sinks and an enclosed rain shower and radiant floor heat.
Guest Room 1 – Built-in queen bed and closet, along with a Frame Tv. Ensuite bathroom includes a shower and radiant floor heat.
Guest Room 2 – Creatively designed custom bunk bed with a queen on bottom and twin XL on the top, custom cabinetry and closet and a Frame TV. Bathroom is across the hall, with shower and radiant floor heat.
Porches – The upper porch offers a gas grill and stunning views of Park City and the Wasatch Mountains. The lower porch is off the primary bedroom and has a hot tub.
About The Ridgepoint Community – The Ridgepoint community is the hidden gem in the mid-mountain area of Deer Valley. Just a short 10-minute walk to Silver Lake Village. Silver Lake Village is the mid-mountain hub for Deer Valley and includes some of the finest restaurants featuring Stein Eriksen’s Café Mariposa, Royal Street Café, Cena and the Goldener Hirsch. In addition, Silver Lake Village offers several ski related equipment and apparel retailers and a Deer Valley Signature apparel and equipment rental store. Ridgepoint is just under 3 miles from the Historic Park City Main Street and a free city bus stop is nearby. The community offers a year-round common hot tub and an outdoor pool and tennis courts during the summer months.

I want to start off by saying how accommodating and hospital the owner and property manager, Lisa are! We were in need of a last minute emergency place to stay after discovering how dirty our hotel was. I think this was truly a God-sent because the space was beautiful, clean, extremely family friendly with the way the room set-up was and the LOCATION!!!! Ski-in, ski-out… however do know the skiing back in requires a bit of cardiovascular work, lol as it’s a 0.2 mile uphill. However, the skiing out to deer valley couldn’t be more amazing so it’s great to get that mini work out in! I couldn’t recommend this space more, I hope it is still available next year for our annual deer valley family trip!
