With easy ‘walk-in/ski-out’ access to Deer Valley resort, each day begins with the community ski access trail. When you’re ready for a break or finished for the day simply ski back on the Silver Lake Access trail and it's a short walk to the front door!
The Space:
Surrounded by lush pines & aspens, Abode at Aspen Hollow defines mountain chic. This stunning remodel in Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley offers four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms spread over three floors, and comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests in ultimate luxury. With easy ‘walk-in/ski-out’ access to Deer Valley resort, each day begins by simply slipping into your ski boots, clicking in and off you go on the community ski access trail that takes you to the Success Run. When you’re ready for a break or finished for the day simply ski back on the Silver Lake Access trail and it's a short walk back to the front door!
The third level features a truly great open floor with amazing views through picturesque windows, a warm living room with a cozy fireplace and an open chef's kitchen fully equipped with everything you need to make, serve and enjoy home-cooked or private chef-prepared meals the entire time during your stay. The dining table allows seating for 6 with additional seating provided at the bar-top. On the same level, the master bedroom offers privacy and a secluded feeling with its ensuite bathroom, a lounge area for reading, a plush king bed, and vaulted ceilings.
Down one level, you'll find three well-appointed guest bedrooms, each with their own ensuite bathroom. The first features a king sized bed and surrounding windows, making it feel like your own luxury treehouse! The last two bedrooms are the perfect haven for the kids – featuring 2 sets of built in Captains Bunks (twin over queen) in one room, and a twin bed plus twin trundle in the other. With plenty of space to spread out when you need privacy and gather when you want to be together, the second floor offers another living room with a cozy fireplace and outdoor access making this home the perfect spot to spend your next vacation.
Abode at Aspen Hollow is located in the beautiful Silver Lake Village in Deer Valley. After a great day in the mountain, walk back to your Abode or take a short bus ride if you choose. * This home has "mountain air conditioning", meaning NO Central A/C, in the warmer months we recommend opening all windows in the evening, just after the sun has gone behind the mountains. Let cool air fill the house, then close windows & blinds just after sunrise. Their cool breezes keep the room pleasant.

Beautiful, spacious and tastefully decorated house with has all the latest appliances and fixtures.
The only problem - in winter temperatures - is a heating systems that generates a too warm (for sleeping) first floor guest area and a too cold 2nd floor - kitchen, dining, master bedroom.
The house listing claims two thermostats. There is only one, and controlling heat distribution by closing/opening ducts is ineffective.

Communication was prompt and precise. Everything we asked about was answered by the concierge team, and arrangements for ski deliveries and groceries were made by them. Ski out was very convenient.
Property itself was great with a variety of rooms, comfortable beds and good pillows. Thanks for all the extras and a warm welcome!
