Beautifully renovated 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home in quiet neighborhood. Spacious and open living area allows for maximum comfort. Step out onto the deck and enjoy the outdoor seating area, fire pit, and grill.
All the modern conveniences and comforts of a fully stocked home, the space is carefully designed to support short and extended stays alike. All you have to do now is pack your bags!
The space
Located on a quiet cul-de-sac
Parking: Driveway - (4 vehicles permitted)
There is no parking allowed on the street, lawn, or dirt/gravel areas.
Private deck, gas BBQ grill (propane included), Wood-burning Firepit (wood included)
Smart TVs, dining table, desk, board games, jetted tub
Fully equipped kitchen w/ appliances, cookware set, plates, glasses, silverware, coffee/ tea bar station, knife set, toaster, blender, microwave, tea kettle, spices
Guest access:
Guests will have access to the entire house except the small closet located on the second floor that is designated for our cleaning crew.
Other things to note
24-hour gated community
A registration form will need to be completed in advance with guest & vehicle information. We will email the form upon your booking.
***Please note that the community may charge a $35 late admin fee for any bookings made within 3 days of check-in.
Washer/Dryer available for use - laundry detergent/ fabric softener provided
FREE access to community amenities: Outdoor pools, lakes, swimming beach, playgrounds, dog park, tennis, volleyball/basketball Courts, and soccer/baseball fields
The community pool is open from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend ONLY (8 amenity badges provided at no extra charge)
*Please bring your own pool towels since this is not provided in the pool/lake areas.
**Please adhere to the speed limit (25 mph), tickets will be issued for exceeding speed limit.
Pet Policy: $35 total - 2 Dogs Max
Please do not allow dogs on beds, furniture or dining chairs.

My family had a wonderful vacation in the house. Everything was so clean and decorated so well. My teenage kids loved the fooseball and ping pong tables. My husband gravitated to the 80's arcade games. I really appreciated having laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent. It prevented us from overpacking. Although my kids decided not to swim, they played beach volleyball and basketball late at night. We loved having so many restaurants and stores nearby.
