Overall experience was quite satisfactory. Did not use all the amenities and since we were only four of us - all seniors, we didn't need to use the lower level at all. The property was well equipment with all the needed supplies and more. Since we were attending a three day religious and spiritual discourse 12 miles north in East Stromsburg , the property served our limited usage for overnight stays and very very limited use of kitchen. Generally we left early mornings and came late in the evenings.

Nice and clean , safety and quiet, well organized and equipped place . I am living in new york. We come here in Pocono every year for vacations . This place is the best so far . We will return here next vacation to fishing .

We loved our stay! The host was very responsive and helpful. Our kids really enjoyed the game room, very comfortable accommodations would definitely recommend this house

Property was nice, clean and spacious.
We were surprised that it was so cold in the house and very disappointed when we walked in and saw thermostat at 48 degrees and outside temp 40 degrees. We turned the oven on to help heat the house. I called the homeowner after seeing a note on the fireplace stating fireplace did not work, no gas. The homeowner reassured me that there is gas and the fireplace will help heat the house. We left the property to wait for the house to warm up.
On the second night the grandchildren were over and they complained basement was freezing. We increased the thermostat but it would not go much higher. I again called the homeowner to complain about the heat and then they raised the thermostat in the basement rooms via wifi. The homeowner controlled the temperature.
If I am renting the whole house, I expect to have access to the heat to adjust to comfortable temperatures.
Also the hot tub was not accessible right away. We turned it on and waited a full day for it to heat up.
