Stay beachside and soak up the sun at this beautiful coastal condo! Just a short walking distance to the ocean with beach, community pool and hot tub, and tennis court access. After a fun filled day in the sun, retreat to this costal haven and watch the sunset on the balcony or take a short 10-minute drive to Downton St. Augustine and explore all that the oldest city in America has to offer. Discover rich history at the fort Castillo de San Marcos and the St. Augustine Lighthouse or indulge in some delicious local cuisine.

The entry way hall opens to the kitchen, and open concept living and dining areas. The sliding glass doors to the balcony allow for a lot of natural light in the living and dining area, and kitchen. Off the entry hall is the secondary bedroom with 2 twin beds, and full bathroom. The primary bedroom with ensuite is off the living area and has its own door to the balcony.

Pet Policy:
This home is pet-friendly for up to 2 dogs under 40lbs with prior approval.
-A $200 pet fee applies
-Please clean up after your pets and keep them off the furniture.
-All pet waste must be picked up. A $50 fee will apply if waste is left in the yard.
-No cats allowed.
-Unattended pets must be crated.
-Unauthorized animals will result in additional fees.

A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Please note that failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation of your stay. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID may also be required for verification after booking.

Smoking indoors is prohibited ($500 remediation fee applies).
Additional Fees:
$150 per person per day for exceeding occupancy limits
$50–$200 for late check-outs or early arrivals (based on hours).
