Villa Esmeralda II offers 130 m² of living space and comfortable accommodation for up to 6 guests, making it an ideal choice for families or couples seeking a relaxing holiday in Istria. The villa is arranged over two floors and provides everything needed for a carefree summer stay.On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen connected to a dining area for six people, a spacious living room with direct views of the private pool and terrace, a room with a sofa bed for two guests, and a bathroom.From the living room, guests have access to the outdoor terrace, furnished with comfortable garden furniture – perfect for enjoying a morning coffee in the fresh air. The outdoor area also features a private swimming pool with sun loungers and an outdoor barbecue, ideal for relaxing afternoons and pleasant evening gatherings.The first floor offers two double bedrooms with double beds, a shared bathroom, and a balcony equipped with a table and chairs, providing a lovely view of Novigrad.The villa is fully fenced, ensuring privacy for guests, and includes one free private parking space.Villa Esmeralda II offers all the comforts needed for a perfect summer holiday.Important notesGroups of young people under 26 years of age are not allowed.Villa Esmeralda and Villa Esmeralda II are rented separately; group bookings are not permitted.NOTE: New houses have been built in front of and next to Villas Esmeralda and Esmeralda II, which has changed the surroundings compared to the existing photos.
