Luxury Villa Contessina with Pool, Wellness & Sea View – Novigrad, IstriaThe ground floor features a private wellness area with jacuzzi, sauna, relaxation zone, and bathroom, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a wine display showcasing local and international wines.The villa offers four spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms, spread across multiple levels. The living room and additional kitchen on the first floor open onto a terrace with a beautiful view of Novigrad marina and the Adriatic Sea.The landscaped garden includes a 40 m² private swimming pool (1.6 m depth), surrounded by 8 sun loungers. Guests can also enjoy an outdoor barbecue and dining area.The villa provides two private parking spaces, with additional parking available nearby.Pets are welcome for an extra charge of EUR 20 per day per pet (maximum 2).Novigrad offers lovely beaches and crystal-clear sea, while Aquapark Istralandia, just 5 minutes away, is perfect for families. The surrounding area is ideal for wine tasting, olive oil tours, and truffle hunting.Istria is renowned for its outstanding gastronomy, premium wines such as Malvasia, Teran, and Merlot, and award-winning extra virgin olive oil, thanks to its unique Quattro Terre soil.Villa Contessina is the perfect blend of luxury, nature, and authentic Istrian lifestyle.
