At the top of the villa is a spacious terrace of 60m2 with a Jacuzzi and views of sea and Novigrad. On the fenced plot with a covered veranda privacy is guaranteed. The nearest beach is only 30m away, where guests can enjoy all day. Location of the villa offers also other interesting things, as sightseeing of the city's historic centre and other attractions to various different sports activities.
