About this house rental
Perfection! A peaceful point at the north end of Lake Lanier. Expansive views in all directions to relax or get together with friends and family. For a video tour search "Paradise Point - Lake Lanier - Gainesville, GA"
The 270 degree view in a very private cove is magnificent and the short, very flat walk to the max size 2 story dock on deep water cannot be beaten.

As you enter the Paradise Point, a sizeable and open-floor plan greet you where you’ll have ample space to lounge, relax, and take in the views!
The main level consists of the living room, dining room, breakfast area, 3 full size bedrooms with en suites, and a fully equipped and stocked kitchen a chef would be proud of, with all stainless steel appliances, including two Wolf convection ovens, microwave, 6 burner induction cooktop, Subzero refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, coffee station, and more.
Windows with lake view from kitchen, breakfast nook, and great room that has double glass doors leading to an expansive covered patio with vaulted ceiling, dining for 12 or more, plus additional outdoor furniture seating to take in the views in comfort. Also includes a Weber gas grill to make perfect meal as the sun goes down.
The Primary room features a king-sized bed and comes with amazing lake views, a gas fireplace, and large flat-screen Smart TV.
The Primary room's expansive bath features a huge 2-person shower area with 10 shower heads plus steam shower for a soothing and spa-like shower experience along with dual vanities and a private toilet area.
On the other side of the home on the main level, you’ll find 2 bedrooms both with large private bathrooms. One of the rooms comes with a Queen bed and the other a King bed. Lake views from the window as well. All this on the mail level and a very gentle walk down to the water from the driveway or the backyard for those guests who struggle with steps or inclines but still want to enjoy time at the lake.
As you venture downstairs to the terrace level you'll find an amazing and open game room, complete with arcade, pool table, bumper pool, foosball table, shuffleboard, card table, and a ping pong table. There is gas fireplace and 65" Samsung Smart TV with walk out to another covered porch with loads of seating overlooking back yard and the lake, and firepit is available for use as well.
Additionally, you have a complete 2nd kitchen downstairs with bar seating for 7, full-sized oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge and freezer, etc.
There is a 14 zone Sonos audio system so everyone can listen to their own music in different rooms or the same sound playing everywhere, including outside or the covered porch and even at the dock.
The hot tub needed to be replaced with control board bad and motor aparrently having issues so working on a replacement hot tub as apparently it is not worth repairing and better option is replacement.
We upgraded the large fire ring and just finished constrcution in early August 2024 of a HUGE 20+ seat paver patio area. Bench seating with back in U shape around one of the largest fire pits you have ever seen (7.5' x 3.5')...it is amazing space to take in sunset, watch the stars, or really anytime of day or night. Tons of firewood available.
Heading outside from the terrace level, guests will find a short and flat walk to the water. No lake house is complete without a max allowed size private 2 story dock with massive upper deck for enjoyment! Lots of seating on the top deck to relax and enjoy the sunshine.
We also provide paddleboards, kayaks, floats, life vests, a swim platform and ladder, and other essential lake toys for guest use free of charge.
Bring your rod-and-reels as the cove is also fantastic for fishing - even right from the dock!
The dock is a great place to tie up a boat during your stay - the boat launch is only 10 minutes away and there is trailer parking at the top of the driveway.
If you don't have a boat, but want to rent one? No problem! We have a boat rental service less than 5 minutes from Paradise Point with fantastic rates and you can even keep the boat at the dock during your stay!

Everything about the house was wonderful! We mostly rented the house to have a get away, had a great time by the fire and in the basement with the amenities. The host was both helpful and kind, answering all questions and providing great local knowledge.

From booking to the final day of our stay was amazing. Our host was in immediate contact with us and provided a plethora of information to make our planning and stay as enjoyable as possible. The host was readily available and responded within minutes to take care of all of our needs.

This place was outstanding. The on line description and pictures are accurate. The owner was very helpful throughout the entire process and responded in a timely manner to all requests. We had a total of 11 people for the week and had plenty of room. Everyone enjoyed the game room and all of the lake items provided. The location on the cove was great as there was not a lot of traffic on the lake. You can not go wrong if you book here just don’t take my week for next year .
