It was quiet neighborhood. Lots of parking and near the Stoney trail road so access was very easy
The only thing about concern were that I was able to spot 2-3 spiders during my 6 day stay there. They were really small. So that needs to be fixed. Not sure though from where it was coming.

Conveniently location around every main attraction.
My only concern was the noise of A/C, and the refrigerator that was malfunctioning. Other than that it was quite a comfy place.

Was affordable and available for short notice rental.
The walkway to the door has concrete slabs that are to far apart for rolling suitcases. The bathroom shower curtain was very dirty. And the apartment style unit smells so bad like cat piss. If you have allergies to cat, would not recommend. The hostess sent their son down, who walked in on us, was very uncomfortable and made the rest of the stay anxious.
