Everything was good
I saw on the past reviews that there was a stain on the couch that the owner was aware and it was going to be removed. Honestly is not something that bothers me, but the stain was still there when I stayed, it shows the commitment of the maintenance for the property.

Very well equipped with everything. They have everything for cooking and laundry. Location is very convenient as well, you can get groceries, coffee restaurants within walking distance. Host is also very nice and responsive.
Since its a basement, so rooms are a bit cold, but wearing a sweatshirt is good enough. Also they provided good blankets.

The hosts are so nice and accommodating; and the area is very convenient especially if you’re someone who travels by taxi or Uber, and just a few minutes walk to major grocery store chains and restaurants, as well as a neighborhood park for you to get your morning jog in!
The front door lock is very tricky to open, but the hosts assured me that they’re trying to have it replaced as soon as possible!

The close proximity to the airport. Comfortable bed.
A lot of noise from upstairs constantly. A large dog running around chasing a ball. Loud voices. 3am and dog is barking when we use toilet. I know we are staying in the basement of a family home , but the family seemed to forget that paying guests were trying to rest after a long journey. Also, 1st thing we noticed was a badly stained sofa. It looked like ink, this should have been removed or have a cover placed over it.
