About this house rental
The Ravenale is a classified rental "4 stars", thus guaranteeing you quality services in terms of comfort and equipment. This hiring has a nice furnished veranda, opening on a sported garden and a Spa 3 privatory places.
Inside, there is a large room of 30m2, air-conditioned, with a romantic King size canopy bed (180cm x 200cm), equipped with excellent bedding Epeda high-end.
Attenants in the room, are a cozy living room and a kitchen area "meal on the go" perfectly equipped (Vitro plate, LV, oven, MO, NESPRESSO coffee machine). In the living room, a quality sofa bed will accommodate a third person (ideally a child).
The large Balinese-inspired bathroom has a large Italian shower and a stone marble bath.
We chose quality materials. The massive parquet floor in exotic wood or the floor of the lava stone terrace contribute to the authenticity of the whole. "The Ravenale" is part of an old Creole house that will soon be 100 years old.
Located in the southwest, you can enjoy one of the best climates of the island (sunshine, little wind, no rain) and the typical side offered the south of the island.
The house is located in the heart of the village of Etang Salé les Bains. seaside village which is situated on the most beautiful black sand beach of the island. You will enjoy swimming in the protected lagoon and the sunsets on the huge wild beach.
You can do everything on foot: go to the beach, bakery, post office, at the tourist office (booking excursions and buying souvenirs), restaurant, glacier, greengrocer, supermarket, playgrounds .. .You can also buy local fresh fish every day from local fishermen.
From the house, you can directly access the bike path along the seaside, to go cycling, walking, rollerblading ... For fans of jogging or mountain biking, the surrounding forest offers many opportunities (rental bike to 200m)
The Etang Salé is at the southern gates offering direct access to many of the island's must-see excursions. In 10 minutes by a superb coastal road you will be on the white of the west sandy beaches. Finally the city of St Pierre, 'capital of the south' with its shopping, supermarkets, Decathlon etc .. its market fairground and its lively seafront is 15 minutes by car.

Aucune distorsion entre les photos et la réalité, propreté exemplaire, super spa dans jardin, repas et boissons dans le frigo pour nous éviter de sortir le 1er soir, calme absolu, salle de bain avec baignoire haut de gamme . On n'a qu'une envie c'est d'y revenir plus de 3 jours. Merci Emma et Olivier, ne changez rien, à bientôt

Prestations de haute qualité, les propriétaires sont à vos petits soins. L' Étang Salé est une localisation idéale sur l île pour la visiter !

Cela fait maintenant des années que nous louons par Abritel et c'est la première fois que nous sommes déçus par le logement.
Malgré tout, nous avons retenu certains points positifs :
- les propriétaires sont très accueillants, arrangeants et ont été très réactifs par rapport à nos demandes.
- le jacuzzi est très agréable et permet de se détendre après les randonnées.
- la terrasse est assez agréable également même si la végétation manque quelque peu d'entretien.
Quant au logement, nous avons relevé de nombreux points négatifs.
Globalement, l'appartement est moins bien que sur les photos et semble plus petit qu'annoncé. En effet, les 70 m2 doivent sûrement tenir compte de la terrasse...
A notre arrivée, le logement n'était pas suffisamment propre, particulièrement le côté cuisine et la douche. Nous avons du demander à changer la poubelle qui était complètement cassée et le flexible de douche qui était totalement encrassé, ce qui a été fait rapidement.
Le coin kitchenette est peu équipé.
En conclusion, le rapport qualité/prix n'y est pas. Pour moi, la location ne relève pas d'un classement 4 étoiles ou standing.
Ceci est fort dommage, car la case pourrait être extra si l'intérieur était rénové et surtout bien entretenu ...
