About this apartment rental
Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers this studio apartment for rent in Les Avirons, with sea views, shared pool, a surface area of 22 m², and capacity for up to 4 guests. Located on the ground floor, it consists of a 22 m² living room with an equipped kitchen, a sleeping area, a bathroom with shower, and you can enjoy a garden of approximately 400 m². Wi-Fi (fiber optic), sheets, and towels are included. We are waiting for you!
The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A 22 m² living room with an open-plan kitchen equipped with: electric kettle, microwave, toaster, hotplates, etc.
- One double bed (140×190) and one double sofa bed
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet
For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, high chair, baby bed and bathtub, fan, iron and ironing board.
Outside:
- A shared swimming pool measuring 9 m x 2.60 m, heated (31°C) and open all year round.
- A shared 50 m² terrace.
- A shared, enclosed garden measuring 400 m² with furniture for enjoying sunny days
- An outdoor shower shared with another studio that we also offer for rent: Studio Pitaya
The apartment is ideally located in Les Avirons, in a very pleasant environment. You will be close to all essential shops as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, and more.

- Roland-Garros Reunion Island Airport is about 1 hour and 15 minutes away by car.
