Swan Cottage

Keys were in a lock box and we received the code in advance. We LOVED the cottage. It had everything we needed including always a space right outside the front door in which to park. Downstairs was extremely comfortable with a lovely lounge and very comfy furniture with plenty of small tables to rest cups of coffee/tea on.. A brilliant kitchen with everything required even a little courtyard to sit in and soak up the sun with a cuppa, cake and to discuss the days activities. Upstairs was a main bedroom which is light and airy with good hanging space and a second bedroom with two good size bunk beds. The bathroom was downstairs which was not a problem with a good shower and hot water. The areas was very quiet, safe and within walking distance to everything the market town offers; including all shops, cafes, and antique stores. The cottage and it's facilities exceeded our expectations. The ability to come and go in the car was a bonus and then to return and park right outside the door was exceptional. A big thank you to the owner/s of the cottage and the host.

Swan Cottage was easy to find and an excellent location to explore BC and the surrounding area. The cottage was cosy and had all the facilities I required. My main concern before arriving was parking, but I had no problem parking during the week. I was able to park outside the property or within 20 meters of the cottage. The cottage was well presented and instruction for the cottage were clear. Would happily recommend the cottage to friends and family. Would definitely use it again.

I have no complaints about the cottage.

A really central yet bizarrely quiet location. Good sized rooms and a well equipped kitchen. Nice to arrive to some milk and biscuits provided.
