Das Foyer sehr modern, Frühstück ausreichend
Das Kopfkissen - zu hart; lt. booking.com Frühstück dazu buchen für 5,00 € pro Person - tatsächlich 20,00 € pro Person. Für die Kinder haben wir jedoch einen Preisnachlass von 50 % erhalten. Lt. dem Inhaber soll es ein Fehler von booking.com sein. Für die hoteleigenen Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück mussten wir noch zusätzlich 15,00 € bezahlen; das habe ich zuvor nirgendwo anders erlebt.

Det kan simpelhen ikke passe, at man kan have et hotel af forholdsvis høj standard, og så ikke have personale der kan engelsk. Jeg har aldrig været ude for noget lignende. Det gjorde at jeg missede en morgenmad, samt var ved at få en parkeringsbøde på stedet, da han ikke kunne anvise mig en anden plads (alle på hotellet var taget, selvom jeg blev lovet noget andet). Det gjorde opholdet relativt ærgerlig… selve stedet var godt og lækkert. Ikke noget at sætte en finger på, men i min verden skal man kunne kommunikere med folk fra andre lande end sit eget, når man arbejder på et hotel i receptionen :/

Preis Leistungsverhältnis top, gutes Frühstück und gute Lage zum Airport Duesseldorf.
Schlechte Kopfkissen, Personal in Rezeption Sprachlich in Deutsch im Defizit aber relativ freundlich. Parkplatz eher spärlich, hoffte nur dass dieser überwacht war in der Hoffnung dass das Auto sicher stand über die Woche wo wir in Urlaub waren. Aber hat alles geklappt. Gsd🙏🙏
