Hilfsbereites und freundliches Personal. Standardzimmer mit Standardaufteilung. Sehr gute Buffetauswahl zum Frühstücken…
Es war leider sehr warm auf dem Zimmer im 3. Stock und die Klimaanlage war recht laut, dafür aber wirkungslos…

Sehr schöne Lobby und auch das Zimmer war sauber und ordentlich. Die Nähe zum Düsseldorfer Flughafen war ideal, um einen Flug am frühen Morgen zu nehmen.
Leider hatten wir nur eine kleine Ein-Personen-Bettdecke, was wir erst spät am Abend bemerkt haben, sodass wir keine Möglichkeit hatten, dies an der Rezeption anzumerken. Für die kurze Nacht vor dem frühen Flug war es kein Drama, hat aber den Schlaf gestört.

No puedo destacar nada salvo la tranquilidad y la limpieza
No hay frigorífico en la habitacion. La vista del bufé revela lo pobre del mismo. Poca empatía en el recepcionista de noche .
