The staff were very polite and cheerful, the rooms were superb and clean, the bed was very comfortable, I was very happy with my stay.

This hotel is located immediately next to the Dusseldorf Airport. The walk within the airport varies according to the gate where you arrive. But once you make your way out of the transit area and to the "C" terminal end of the vast open hall at the front of the airport arrival level where you see car rental counters and doors out to the pick up zone, you are almost there. You walk to Door 14 --the door at the far right end (if you are in the terminal looking at the doors out to the pickup zone)-- step outside, and the hotel is right there, immediately next to the terminal. The short, lighted walkway to it is covered. It took me about a minute and a half to walk from the airport to the hotel. The hotel is very nice, the multilingual staff was friendly and helpful. Be prepared to pay a 3 Euro occupancy tax, even if you have prepaid your room. The basic double room was spacious and comfortable. I had return to the airport at 4 am and felt safe using the walkway alone at that hour.
