A great location and really cute, with everything you need. Andreas was the most incredible host which made my life so so much easier especially as I was on my own. He very kindly picked me up and dropped me off to the port and helped me with my (very heavy) luggage. I also lucked out and managed to book this place as he had a last minute cancellation (decided last minute to go to Serifos for a night, from Milos as pushed my flight home back by a day) and this was the only accommodation available but I hugely lucked out! Due to the cancellation, the room also wasn’t booked the next day so he very very kindly let me have it for the day until my ferry back to Athens, which allowed me to spend the day exploring and not worrying about my luggage. Also meant I got to have a shower after walking to Paralia Psilli (very beautiful beach), the port and back up to Chora! The house is in the perfect location in Chora, super close to the square, so a great base from which to explore. It is actually pretty quick and easy to walk down to the port and beaches and if you’re fit it’s not too hard to walk back up again. If I had longer I’d take a car but parking seems to be a nightmare. It is all cobbled streets so high heels can be left at home for Serifos! Some lovely restaurants and the views from the old castle are amazing. I really loved the island. The house is super clean, having been recently renovated. It’s nice and dark when you go to sleep Which is important to me, and it’s spacious. I’d happily stay there again. And honestly Andreas is the best host which really does make a difference.

Nothing really. You can’t park outside and it’s a few minutes walk from the car park up cobbled streets but that’s the same for any of these places. It felt like living like a local.

Location in Chora.. easy walk to restaurants. Very responsive owner. Though he was not on the island he was very good with Whatsapp communication. Reached out to me before my arrival. Responded to my questions on car rental and gave me info on it as well. Gave me suggestions on beaches, things to do, restaurants. He checked in on me through my stay. I would stay again!

Everything was really atleast adequate. If I have to think of a negative- The rooms are not cleaned daily. I didnt realize that it wouldnt be, so on my second day when I returned from the beach I was surprised that it wasnt cleaned. The owner did reach out to me the next day and asked if I wanted it cleaned. I said yes and it was promptly cleaned while I was out. I was staying on my own, so it wasnt a big deal anyway. If you are a few people staying, might be worthwhile establishing this early, so you know what to expect.

Nous savons passé un très bon séjour chez Andréa! La localisation à Chora est parfaite et au calme. Le logement est très propre et la cuisine bien équipée et fonctionnelle. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

The location of this place is fantastic, so tranquil and wonderful view over the island and the sea beyond. The host is exceptional, very helpful and kind. I wish we had stayed longer - much longer. You could really spend a week or more just totally unwinding here, taking your meals on the little terrace and enjoying the silence. We enjoyed the stay a lot and would recommend it to anyone!

I think there are a few tiny things that could make this place even better. Firstly, a few basic items could be provided, such as shower gel, salt, cooking oil, sugar - there is a kitchen but needing to buy those kinds of staples makes it a bit prohibitive to use. I think also the lights are all rather bright and it might be nice to have for example a smaller and softer lamp on the bedside table (just a personal suggestion - but as it is all painted white and the lights are very bright I found it a bit much at night). You might also like to provide some basic (i.e. non-white!) towels that people can take to the beach. I also thought there should be a sign above the toilet reminding people not to flush paper - as I live in Greece I know this, but other visitors might not and this could cause problems.
