Great holiday in Altea

The apartment was spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location with plenty of bars and restaurants to choose from.

I would have liked a toaster and tea cups. There were only two small expresso coffee cups.

I wanted a nice place for my husband's birthday and this was perfect!

Don't let the word hostal fool you. This is not a hostal, it is complete accommodation with many luxury features. We had a terrace that was extremely large and situated right above the boardwalk with a perfect view of the sea. There were many restaurants nearby. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a car and there was no nearby parking. About a 10 minute walk we found parking that was free. Not the hotel's fault but the beach is very rocky.

Chic and scenic…but not quite five star

The location is unbeatable—right on the beach and close to old town. The décor is chic, the bed comfortable, and we even enjoyed a spectacular fireworks show from our terrace in honor of a local holiday celebration.

The room description mentioned wine/champagne was included, but when I asked Pepe about it, he said it was extra. Communication could have been better—I had to ask twice for restaurant tips and never received an answer about breakfast. While stylish, the furniture wasn’t very comfortable, and there were no in-room resources about things to do.

Outstanding location and amazing sea views, friendly and helpful staff.

The location is perfect! We had a rom with sea view - it’s really beautiful. Air conditioning worked well. Friendly stuff. Good free parking possibilities nearby. Modern and fresh.

Nothing I didn’t like. The Delux suite had enough space for family of four and extremely comfortable double bad. However comfort of additional beds in the living could be better with a sleeping sofa instead of a provided beds.

Incredible space and location with a great host!

Pepe was very accommodating and helpful! If you find this available and can book a room with the view, do it! Definitely one of the nicest places we have stayed at. So nice to have water in your room, an espresso machine, fruit with a mini microwave kitchen in the shared area. So clean, beautiful and a view to live for. We wanted to see Altea but struggled to leave our incredible home. Pepe was so kind in offering advice on where to eat, what to do and when. We will return:)

Chambre avec vue et terrasse sur la mer. Propreté irréprochable, très bon accueil. Situation géographique pour aller sur la promenade côté mer ou coté vieille ville est idéale.

Isolation phonique moyenne. La petite chambre en bas côté rue n'est pas très agréable.

La estancia en este hostal ha sido excelente. Todo muy cuidado, ambiente acogedor y la atención inmejorable, especialmente por parte del Pepe, que fue muy amable y atento en todo momento. ¡Una experiencia totalmente recomendable.

Buen lugar para disfrutar Altea

La vista desde la habitación es estupenda, la ubicación excelente, a un paso de la playa -primera línea de edificación-, se encuentra muy bien equipada, con cafetera de cápsulas, heladera, pava eléctrica y un espacio común con platos, copas, tazas, microondas, freezer, etc, y además frutas de cortesía. La atención de Pepe ha sido genial, con muy buenas recomendaciones de sitios donde comer. Tiene parking público a poca distancia

Que la habitacon muy pequeña, cama con solo una mesita, sin armario, ni mesa de escritorio ni silla donde sentarse, al lavabo le faltaba en vide.
