L’établissement est propre, pratique car il est en centre ville. Cependant, les escaliers sont dangereux et très étroit. Je pense qu’il faudrait le stipuler dans l’annonce. Et que l’accès au logement peut-être compliqué avec l’allée entre les cuisines et le sol en pavé dans la cour. Autrement la maison est bien équipée, propre. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et sympathique et à l’écoute.
L’accessibilité est compliqué, il faut passer entre les cuisines d’un restaurant et d’une boulangerie. C’est assez étroit, et en poussette c’est compliqué. Les pavés dans la cour ne sont pas non plus très pratique. C’est dommage que les parkings soient aussi « loin » pas pratique pour décharger les valises ou encore quand nous faisons les courses.
