Appartement avec une petite cuisine assez bien équipée dans une ruelle de Mindelo (à environ 10 minutes à pied du port). L'attention donnée du propriétaire (qui vit au Portugal) et de sa représente sur place est excellente - très bien...
Hélas, on souffre sérieusement (et souvent) de coupures d'énergie (électricité) dans ce quartier et dans cette ville. C'est bien embêtant car ça se passe souvent le soir et/ou durant la nuit... et pour des heures. C'est un point négatif mais pas directement lié à l'appartement en question....

Perfectly located centrally in Mindelo, so one could access everything in walking distance, e.g. beach (1km), main road with shops and cafes (200m), supermarket (50m) … museums, markets, etc. - still a quiet place just 2 blocks from main road through the town. Supernice host, provided us also with guidance on current events in Mindelo. The apartment is on ground level, and not offers scenic views or a terrace, we just found it very homey and cozy, and would come again any time.
