The host was super-super helpful when we had any extra request. Definiely a host you really need.
The apartment was clean, spacious and relatively well equipped.
The laminate floors in both bedrooms got some serious wet sometime in the past and the floor joints are falling apart, including some splinters. Wearing slippers is a must. The frying pan in the kitchen had almost no coating left.

The apartment is newly sanitised, and it was clear in the booking that there would be no windows. The place was clean, there were only minor bugs, which I was very happy with. The check-in was alright, you need to call the host, there is no self-check in, but since I went with the recommended driver he knew the place and also could place the phone call for me.
The payment is in cash, with a possibility in euros with a reasonable exchange rate.
The kitchen is good for heating something up, or maybe making something simple like eggs or generally preparing breakfast.
The location is good, it's a small town so you'll be fine.
I would have loved some tea or coffee to be present.
The basement apt is at the street, and also at the front door; if you are a light sleeper, I recommend to bring some ear plugs. Later in the night it was mostly very quiet however, and you'd be fine!
I didn't have any cutlery, which was a simple mistake, can happen, but I would have liked for the issue to get a quick apology and a fix, instead there was a little too much "discussion", which continued even after I had send picture proof it was not there. As if I'm a big idiot who cannot find a box of cutlery in a tiny kitchen. But nevertheless the stuff I asked for was brought the next day.

Gospođa putem WhatsAppa vrlo je ažurna, brzo odgovara na poruke, ventilator je super stvar koja je dobro došla, lokacija je OK jer do centra vam treba 10ak minuta pjesice.
Nazalost rucnici su imali mrlje po sebi, posteljina je takoder imala fleke kao i jastucnice, predlazem deratizaciju s obzirom da su zohari bili u wc-u sto je svakako umanjilo cjelokupni dozivljaj
