L'emplacement, proche du centre historique. Le parking gratuit a proximité du logement. Le calme du lieu malgré l'emplacement en rez de chaussée donnant sur une ruelle non piétonne.
Le manque de luminosité du logement ainsi que le peu d'accessoires pour cuisiner. Un micro-ondes ainsi qu'une machine a café à dosettes seraient les bienvenus.
