Maurizio is a brilliant host. He explained everything and even carried out suitcases for us.
The apartment was spotlessly clean and there were welcome additions like water, milk and wine, as well as dishwasher liquid, soap, shampoo and shower gel. There was plenty of crockery and pans, so were able to cook each night.
The apartment was nearer to the railway and bus station that I thought and I did wonder if it would be noisy, but it was really quiet
The 1st night there was a whooshing sound every few minutes - I didn't realise it was the air-con unit. Once I had found the controls (in the bedside cabinet) and turned it off, there was no problem.
