The propery is very well appointed and maintained with lots of space. Very comfortable and enjoyable.
The management company, Pass the Property, were rather annoying. I don't expect to be asked for photo ID to book accommodation. They only asked after I could no longer cancel and they said that I would lose the property without refund if I did not provide it. That's very intrusive. I had to use my passport which I would regard as a very confidential document and what is the point? They didn't meet me, so why do they need my picture?
The instructions to collect the key were also inadequate. There were two key boxes, both the the right of doors. Without knowing that we went to the wrong one and spent a long time unable to get in.
