- Big and spacious flat, we had our workation there, there was enough space to work without bothering each other (two of us). - It is close to the city center and to the train station. - If you rent scooters/cars/motorbikes (we did) - there is a free parking up the street in 100 meters from the flat, free of charge but bring in your Google Translate, they don't speak any English at all ;-). - The flat comes with everything you need - a decent boiler, a decent washing machine, TV sets (bring in the HDMI cables), a coffee machine (there were capsules on our arrival, thanks Samuele!) and we have bought some more at the Familia Minimarket. It has the AC heater, a small terrace for smokers (if you do smoke). And the fridge is awesome; it has pretty much enough space for a small pig. On top of that, there is a working microwave there. - You can see the "terrace" on the photo, look from the ground. - That photo with 2 yellow scooters (there were our rentals), view from my room's window. - Samuele messaged me a couple of times to check in on us, much appreciated. - I haven't seen anyone, I just picked up the keys from the box, and I have left the keys on the table when I left 10 days after. - There are shops nearby - I would recommend checking out the ARD market - 5 minutes from that flat. - St. Antonino's little bistro is very good too, despite its look ;-) - Ah, yes, we had many towels and everything we have needed planned for 10 days, it is more than enough on a budget.

- the windows are rather hard to close (i.e. they are not exactly air-tight) which makes it somewhat hard to sleep, and it gets colder at night at 15 degrees C. - it can get pretty loud, the neighbours and the street itself - these are very loud. - it is a ground floor pretty much, in an old building with high ceilings, the sound travels very well there. - it is located near the train/bus station, somewhat sketchy area but we did expect it, be careful out there even though no one even approached us (but we are 2 slavic males, our lack of emotions on our faces does the job). Nevertheless, we got offered drugs many times hehe. - be careful with that AC (heater), with 2 of them enabled & running electric kettle the power went out in the flat (the switch is located in the bedroom). - terrible power outlets, I have to say, you have to yank it a lot to take it out. - the kitchen faucet is not connected to warm water; it is hard to wash anything properly. - in theory, this flat could host a couple + 3 more people with a sofa (mind you, two of these spots are on a double-decker hehe). - a second key would be appreciated but that's on me, I didn't ask, we have walked together anyway.

La casa è perfetta per visitare Palermo, a 25 minuti a piedi sei in centro. L'appartamento ha tutti i comfort necessari per il soggiorno. Il proprietario è una persona premurosa che si assicura che l'ospite si trovi bene ed è anche tempestivo nel risolvere eventuali problemi, sicuramente la terrò in considerazione anche per viaggi futuri.

La posizione è ottimale, in 15 minuti a piedi si è nel centro storico di Palermo. La casa per due persona è grande, può ospitare tranquillamente 4 persone. L'arredo è nuovo. Il parcheggio è garantito gratuitamente da Samuele in un parking a pochi metri dall'abitazione che quindi tiene la tua auto al sicuro da qualsiasi problema. Samuele è stato super disponibile quando gli abbiamo chiesto di fornirci un phon perché quello presente ha smesso di funzionare correttamente.

La casa si trova in un palazzo molto vecchio, non nelle migliori condizioni. Il quartiere non sembra il massimo, tuttavia, nella nostra esperienza non c'è mai stata la percezione del pericolo. In generale, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo e l'abitazione essendo fornita dei principali comfort è adatta sia a soggiorni brevi che a soggiorni più lunghi.
