I liked the bidet, restroom and beds. The room was quite spacious for 2 people. The beds were very comfortable. Many shops and restaurants within a walking distance and the Busan tower within a walking distance.
There were stains on the walls.

駅からも徒歩圏内、近くにコンビニやオシャレなカフェもあるし、韓国ならではの市場感のある通りも、南浦の観光エリアも近くてとても便利でした。 部屋もオシャレでよかったです。 フロントの方もとても優しくて韓国語が上手くなくても、温かく迎えてくださいました。 また釜山に行くときは必ず泊まりたいです。
ネガティブに感じたことはなかったです。 強いていえば坂道の上なので、荷物が多いと大変かも？
