Location was perfect for us as we were attending a nearby wedding. The beach was a 5 minute walk with beach clubs a further 10 minute walk in either direction.
The hosts were very responsive and easy to contact via WhatsApp. The property is well maintained and the pool was cleaned regularly.
No information pack!! It is such a basic requirement for a rental property. Very few basic supplies eg. no kitchen roll, no salt or pepper, no dishwasher or washing machine tablets. They are such simple things to provide and would definitely improve the review scores.

Secluded villa with modern amenities. Quiet location but easy access to highway. Estates manager always available by WhatsApp. Car portal with electric gate. Chinese restaurant just round corner. Excellent pool with private garden. Gardener came twice a week (courteous message prior to visit).
Nothing major.
No AC in sitting or dining room, so must use fan. Bottles of water & some coffee pods would be a really nice gesture for welcoming guests.
