In the prestigious urbanization of Guadalmina Baja and only 800 meters from the beach and the Golf de Guadalmina, the location of the house is unbeatable. The house has exceptional views of the river and golf course, a beautiful private garden with pool and solarium with Balinese beds and a large terrace decorated exquisitely.
The independence of its location is another great attraction of the house, in which you can enjoy different interior and exterior rooms all full of light.
All the main rooms and four of the six bedrooms are on the main floor, which makes it very comfortable to live. The large kitchen with living area, fireplace and direct access to the garden and barbecue, make this stay a very cozy and meeting area.
The patio is the central axis of the house, a fountain in a beautiful cobbled interior garden is a perfect place to relax.
In the main access to the house has a parking for two or three cars.
