l'appartamento rispecchia la descrizione e le caratteristiche che offre per come viene presentato. è molto comodo, bagno funzionale, elettrodomestici praticamente nuovi, pochissimi rumori. la fermata della metro per raggiungere Parigi è comodissima, la zona è ben servita per quanto riguarda negozi di generi alimentari e altro. Il poprieatario è gentile, cordiale e disponibile.
le lenzuola usa e getta possono non piacere, disponibili con supplemento quelle tradizionali.

Bem localizada, perto do metrô, com boas instalações e controle térmico.
Vizinha não muito segura, aspecto externo do prédio pouco cuidado e ralo do banheiro entupido.

Ha un buon collegamento per arrivare in centro.
La struttura esternamente non e per niente curata ( sacchi di rifiuti in parte all'entrata, erbacee, etc ) Internamente la pulizia lasciava un po desiderare e mancavano posate, pentole, etc.(eravamo in 6 e abbiamo trovato 4 forchette , le padelle presenti non erano adatte per il piano a induzione ). Non si possono vedere le lenzuola usa e getta.
