Superbe duplex de 64m2 - T2 proche Saclay

Die Aufteilung der Räume und Größen waren für vier Personen war sehr gut. Für unsere Reise war die Lage und Parkplätze sehr schön. Da die Wohnung mit Außenjalousinen ausgestattet ist konnten wir es am Tage ohne Klimaanlage aushalten. Die Ausstattung mit Waschmaschine war richtig klasse. Sehr gut fanden wir auch, dass für Hunde keine extra Kosten berechnet wurden.

Im Badezimmer war das eine Licht kaputt, so dass es im Dunkeln etwas schwer war sich zurecht zu finden. Da es keine Klimaanlage gab und die Temperaturen nachts kaum runtergingen war es im Obergeschoss sehr warm.

Appartement calme, bel espace de vie, des pièces séparés (chambre et salle de bain), belle décoration, cuisine très bien équipée, environnement calme hormis les avions.

les seuls bémols sont : situation au 2è étage et loin du parking quand on est chargé de bagages.

The location, close to relatives.

The general stand of the flat and the cleanliness of the kitchen. We were already there last year and noticed some points that we reported to the owner and this year we noticed no improvement, but only degradation of the conditions of the flat: no renovations was done, the kitchen was still no cleaned and some aspect degraded like the light of the air hood above the stove was broken, the button to close the kitchen blinder still not working and the light switch of the bedroom was damaged. The lights of the living room and kitchen are not good/bright enough for cooking. The cupboards of the kitchen and fridge were dirty with food leftovers. Fridge was not emptied after previous visitor. The wall cupboards look like they are going to fall very soon, as they are not straight anymore. The cooking plates were again greasy. The dishwasher does not work properly, cutlery is often still dirty afterwards. In the kitchen there are not enough ustensiles : it is impossible to cook pasta for example as the pots are not big enough. We also found two big spiders during our stay. Unfortunately this flat gives the impression that it is not well maintained and that the owner are not willing to invest in it to make it more livable.
