THE WORST BOOKING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

NOTHING. There are so much stairs that the wheel of my suitcase got broken. The customer service was not helpful at all. I was lied many times. I was left helpless as a young woman in a foreign country.

1. 123€ invoice which the items were already like that when I arrived. 2. Wi-Fi crisis: I was left Wi-Fi less for 3 days based on lies, costing my time and money. I had to use all my data and pay for extra top-ups. I spent so many hours trying to find the router which didn’t exist at the apartment. I found out they were lying me all this time from the other renter that the wi-fi was offline before my arrival. 3. Key-box crisis: The bottom was locked and the code did not work. The number provided did not answer my calls, he insisted on trying over and over again which costed me to pay uber waiting time, anxiety of missing my flight. I was desperately wandering aorund, asking help by neighbours.

Good memories :)

A nice, cozy apartment for one, or at most two people, with a beautiful view over the valley. It’s only fifteen minutes from École Polytechnique — which was really important to me — if you take the shortcut uphill. The more convenient route takes a bit longer, but we’re not looking for easy ways, are we? There’s a decent kitchen in the apartment, and you can enjoy your morning coffee on the terrace. The garden is a bit abandoned, but it suits the atmosphere quite well. If you don’t have a car, the apartment is about ten minutes from the nearest RER station downhill, and about the same distance from the bus stop uphill. The Orlyval plus commuter train is a cheap and comfortable way to get to the apartment from Orly.

Not disadvantages, but things to keep in mind: * The apartment has a ceramic tile floor, so if you’re traveling during the cold season, bring warm socks or slippers. * The restroom is quite small. * The atmosphere is humid, which might feel unusual for travelers from the north.

The comfort and security of the city. The view is wonderful.

Although everything is very good, for a place that is quite far from the center and transport is not very close, the need of a clothes washing machine is really good and need to have, and an electric oven to cook something is also good to have. They are very helpful mainly for families.

Niet super

Er was Netflix!

We wilden iets eerder inchecken (slechts een half uur tot een uur), maar dat bleek onmogelijk omdat ik bij de reservering had aangegeven om 17:00 te komen. Vervolgens kreeg ik om 16:00 toch de code van de sleutelkluis en konden we er om 16:15 gewoon in. Erg verwarrende en onnodige communicatie. Het appartement bevindt zich op zolder, waardoor alles erg laag en schuin is. Dit geeft een benauwend gevoel. Op het bed lagen zwarte hoeslakens met lichte vlekken; men zei dat het schoon was, maar het voelde absoluut niet zo. Daarnaast kwamen er achteraf nog verplichte schoonmaakkosten van €80 bij. Dit soort kosten horen gewoon duidelijk vermeld te worden bij het boeken, niet pas later. Voor dat bedrag verwacht je in ieder geval een beter uitgeruste keuken, maar er waren maar weinig bekers en glazen aanwezig. Tijdens ons verblijf hing er een rioollucht in het appartement en toen de onderburen laat op de avond gingen koken, stond de ruimte de hele nacht vol met etenslucht. Dit was erg storend. Tot slot kreeg ik een bericht met het verzoek om vooral een goede beoordeling achter te laten, en de melding dat alles lager dan een 8 door Booking als slecht wordt gezien. Dat voelt manipulatief en niet correct.

Une base cobfortable et charmante à 35 mn des écoles du plateau par des escaliers

Un appartement très confortable, équipé pour 4, avec vue, terrasse, 2 lits doubles, clim, serviettes et kits toilette/ vaisselle, situé dans la verdure à flanc de coline dans une jolie rue résidentielle. Accès autonome avec la boîte à clé et infos/consignes clairement disponibles sur internet.

Adresse accessible plus facilement en voiture qu'en rer : pour y arrier depuis Lozere, j'ai dû gravir des rues en montée avec ma grosse valise, sans parler de l'accès aux grandes écoles du plateau qui s'est avéré être un long escalier très raide. Seul petit détail facilement réparable : le frigo reste bancal et son contenu a tendance à tomber quand on ouvre la porte.

Appartement récent. Propre et quartier résidentiel agréable.

Le seul petit point négatif c’était au niveau des rangements : pas de meuble dans une des Sdb pour poser la trousse de toilette (sauf dans l’autre Sdb où il y avait la machine à laver) et manque de table de nuit. J’ai posé mes lunettes sous mon oreiller. Une chambre au rdc ou la cuisine aurait été apprécié avec la terrasse

Très belle expérience

J'étais venue dans l'optique d'être proche des écoles de Palaiseau (l'ENSTA) pour des examens, l'appartement était situé à vingt minutes à pied. Le séjour s'est très bien passé ! Splendide vue, bel appartement. Les hôtes sont disponibles et réactifs. Le studio est propre, agréable, moderne. Il y a même une terrasse et un petit jardin, c'est sympathique de se poser sur les fauteuils extérieurs pour admirer la vue. Il se situe de plus à quelques cinq minutes à pied de la gare et de supermarchés.

Petite surprise concernant les 1000€ de caution, mais c'était clairement indiqué donc ce n'était pas la faute des hôtes.

入住收1000欧元押金的黑店。2.13早上7:02我们退房时的照片（附照片），水槽正常使用，无存在损坏问题，只是早上匆忙未清洁干净。而且我们愿意支付清洁费用，将水槽清洁干净。如需维修或换新，我将让我的法国朋友到现场双方确认属实后处理。但2.15酒店未与我确认协商直接扣款554欧元，我们向平台booking及酒店多次邮件沟通，未果。平台不予理睬，反而与商户一起勾结赚黑心钱。如此黑心商家及平台请大家注意不要再踩坑受骗。

Schöne Wohnung für einen Städtetrip

Die Lage ist TOP. Nur 5 Gehminuten vom Bahnhof und von dort für 5 Euro direkt in die Innenstadt. Die Wohnung ist etwas höher gelegen und man hat eine schöne Aussicht. Für eine Familie mit 3 Personen super aussreichend. Der angegebene PIN war falsch, aber der Vermieter war sofort zu erreichen und hat geholfen.

Leider ist der Weg zu der Wohnung schmal und steil mit Treppen (sieh Fotos) . Dieses habe ich erst kurz vor dem Chekinn erfahren. Mit einem Koffer die Treppen hinauf zu schleppen echt nicht schön. Dann steht man vor einem grünen verrosteten Gartentor und dies ist der Eingang. Hier auch mit Koffer nur schlecht sich zu bewegen. Die Wohnung kann erst regulär ab 17 Uhr bezogen werden und Check out ist bereits um 10 Uhr. Der Garten ist ungepflegt und könnte etwas Auffrischung gebrauchen.
