Nagyon tiszta és rendezett, kényelmes és kiváló szállás mindennel felszerelve. A szállásadó nagyon rendes és kedves volt.

Nicely refurbished and well equipped apartment with good vibes in an old building at a quiet area of the city, 2 side views (channel and backside courtyard), super nice and flexible hosts (good restaurant recommendation, late check out), instructions for the stove, extra props for easily readable big font signs on shower gel and body wash in the shower, comfy bed, mosquito nets and great window shades, welcome coffee buds!

Boiler in the toilet makes quite hot in the wc (some ventillation should be provided), also a few minor issues: no beer opener, lower fridge shelf broken, only 1 set of keys available (2 would have made our life a bit easier), shower door does not close fully, missing vent cover over the kitchen furniture.

The location was fine and the apartment looked nice at first. The dishwasher and washing machine were useful, and my boyfriend was happy there was live football on the TV.

This place is nowhere near a 9.7 in real life. I booked it mainly because of that score and expected the basics to be sorted. They weren’t. The biggest problem was the hot water. We are two adults, but we could not shower one after the other without the second person ending up with cold water. When I first raised it, the response was more like maybe we had touched something or used it wrong. We had not. The boiler was checked and we were told it was working and was 120 litres. The answer was basically that we should wait between showers, but nobody could tell us how long. That is something guests should know before booking. You should not have to plan and ration showers in an apartment booked for two adults. The shower door also does not close properly, so water leaks all over the bathroom floor every time. You have to step out onto wet tiles, which is also a slip risk. The drain cover had to be moved or adjusted or the water would not drain properly. There was also an unpleasant smell around the bathroom and toilet. The bed felt unstable, made noise and did not feel level when lying on it. The bedsheet had boobles on it, and the decorative cushion smelled bad, so we removed it. Cleanliness was not terrible everywhere, but it was definitely not 9.7 level. When I pulled the drying rack out from under the sink, it had spiderwebs stuck to it. There were also marks on the chairs and walls. The listing describes a fully equipped kitchen and includes an oven, but there was no oven dish or tray, so the oven was not really practical to use. I later found older reviews already mentioning the shower door and the bed, so these are not new complaints. That made it worse because the same problems are still there. Communication was not great either. English is listed as a spoken language, but the person who showed us around did not speak English, so my boyfriend could not understand the handover.
