Központi elhelyezkedésű, közel a vasútállomáshoz és a belvároshoz is! Könnyű megközelíthetőség
A törölközőknek kellemetlen szaga volt! A folyékony szappan túlságosan fel volt vizezve! A Tv-n nem volt jó a szín. A franciaágy melletti "vendégágy" minden mozdulatnál recsegett ropogott! Továbbá, általános takarítási hiányosságokat fedeztünk fel (wc, konyha, fürdőszoba) A hűtőszekrény is takarítást igényelt volna!
