Seaty Luxury apartment

Property was clean, spacious, and in an excellent location close to everything - beaches, taverns, old town etc. Yiannis was helpful with any requests and communicated very well. Parking spot was very useful.

It’s rare to visit a place that actually exceeds your expectations, but Seaty Apartment is one of those places. From the moment we arrived, everything impressed us. The apartment was incredibly spacious, exceptionally clean, and even larger than the photos suggested, which is almost unheard of. Usually it’s the other way around. The large bathroom, comfortable beds, excellent lighting, and large balcony with a beautiful direct view of the sea made it a wonderful place to relax with a morning coffee or Greek frappé, with everything you need in the kitchen to make one. The location couldn’t have been better. Just a few steps from the beautiful sea, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, it’s also the perfect base for exploring Chania. Whether you’re strolling to Nea Chora, the Venetian Harbour and the old town, or using the private parking space to explore the rest of Crete by car as we did, everything is so convenient. Giannis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was instantly responsive, friendly, and reassuring to know was there if we needed anything, although we never did because everything was so well looked after. As a lovely final touch, he surprised us with a bottle of his homemade tsikoudia and some honey before we left. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on our next visit to Chania. Wonderful memories were made here, and Seaty Apartment was very much a part of them.

We had the most wonderful stay at this apartment. The location is perfect, just a 1 minute walk from the beach, making it incredibly convenient. There are also plenty of very good restaurants around and also a supermarket, and the old town and venetian harbour are very close, a 10 minute walk. The apartment is spacious, clean, and very well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The rooms are large and well maintained, giving plenty of space to relax, with a nice and big terrace. Big thank you to our host Giannis, who is so friendly and always available to help with anything we needed. Everything exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!
