3 double bedrooms. Air con in each. Lovely balconies and well equipped. Dish washer and washing machine a god send with 6 adults.
Parking was a little difficult on some days. But generally able to find a space.
The walk down to town was fine, but uphill is a struggle as 2 of us have knee issues. But we knew on a hill when we booked so not really a negative. Just for information

Very good beds, nice grill, good location not too far from the beach and city centre (however be peeped to walk up the hill ;)) nice mountain & sea view, house well equipped (also with kids things: kids chair, bed, cutlery), top floor room like a separate mini apartment with 2 balconies, communication with the managing company very prompt and any issues solved immediately.
Automatic lock on the entrance door (it would sometimes not open the door, if the battery was empty), some of the kitchen furniture could be renewed, it was sometimes too cold (we were there in January) because the heating was only through the air conditioner and there were none in the kitchen or bathrooms (I guess that’s a common issue in that area).
