Luxurious Ohua Penthouse Suite

A sophisticated, quiet, corner unit, just over 1,000 square feet, featuring a beautifully bright open concept living room & kitchen, two private bedrooms, two full baths, a 238 sq ft lanai with a dividing door to create two separate spaces, outdoor seating, and a laundry/linen room with washer/dryer. Take in gorgeous views from various rooms in our home, including ocean, city, and mountain views! Additional highlights include two large flatscreen TVs, cable/WIFI, central AC, ceiling fans, and plenty of closet space. This penthouse suite is decorated to feel like you're in a modern coastal heaven!

*Please note that this is a flexible property, no switching of guests is allowed. Strict no smoking policy.

KITCHEN/DINING
This suite features a full kitchen + breakfast bar with seating for 5, as well as new appliances, including a full-size fridge/freezer, forward facing range, wine fridge, and dishwasher, plus a large kitchen sink, microwave, toaster, blender, and coffee maker. Includes basic cookware, cutlery, coffee mugs, cups, plates, bowls and more.

This condo’s open concept living space features a luxurious L-shaped couch, coffee table, and large flatscreen tv.

2 private bedrooms + 2 limestone bathrooms. The guest bedroom has lanai access and includes a queen size bed (sleeps 2), bedside table + lamps, and a walk-in closet. The guest bathroom features a standing rain shower, toilet, and sink. The master bedroom features a king size bed (sleeps 2), bedside table + lamps, a walk-in closet, and a large flatscreen tv. The master bathroom features a sink & vanity area, toilet, and luxurious rain shower/waterfall bath.

OUTDOOR AREAS
This home boasts a spacious 238 sq ft lanai where you can take in ocean, city, and mountain views, all in one place! Featuring a high-top table with 2 chairs and a 4-piece complete patio set with cushions. There is also a door that can be utilized to divide the living room lanai from the guest bedroom lanai.

Include secured entry, a modest pool + sunbathing area, and 1 reserved parking stall.

LOCATION
This building is ideally located off Kuhio Ave, walking distance to the world-famous Waikiki Beach.
